North Carolina has two programs that are not available nationwide. NACA – Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America, and NCHFA – North Carolina Housing Finance Agency – may be able to help you with downpayment, credit repair, and lower interest loans. Unfortunately, most lenders either don’t know about these programs, or are unable to participate. I work with a list of lenders that specialize in helping people just like you.
