First time home buyers are great to work with! As you search for your first home, your excitement and enthusiasm are contagious. Because you’ve never bought a home before, you may be feeling nervous or overwhelmed, and maybe even a little intimidated. What do you choose? How do you make the right decisions? And what does all that real estate jargon mean?

I’ll help you navigate the confusing road that leads to home ownership:

  • The buying process. What do you do first? What are all the steps?
  • How much house can you afford? We’ll find out – and get you prequalified. (And I’ll help you understand what that means.)
  • What lender should you use? I have a great network of lenders who are experienced with the different programs for first time home buyers.
  • Where should you buy? “Location, location, location” truly is the most important decision you will make.
  • The vocabulary. It’s a whole new language. I’ll translate.
  • Negotiation. Price, repairs, and updates. You need a strong agent to represent you.

When you work with me, I’ll be your personal, hands-on real estate consultant. I’ve chosen to keep my real estate practice small so that I can give my energy and attention to new home owners like you. You can call me with your questions, your ideas, your needs, and when you call, you get me.

Please contact me, and let me help you find the house that will be your first home!
