Then we’ll figure out what you want, and search for the home that meets your needs. We’ll work through offers and contracts, appraisals and inspections. I’ll explain the unfamiliar real estate vocabulary and the questions on all that paperwork. Finally, we’ll go to the closing, where you’ll get a set of housekeys and and a new title – homeowner!
