Buying a Home. As a buyer, you’re not really looking for a house. You’re looking for a place you can call home. Your home is a reflection of your unique personality. It’s comfortable, familiar, and it fits. I want to help you find that special place – a pre-owned home that is move-in ready, a house that has potential (this means it needs work), or new construction.

When you work with me, I’ll be your personal, hands-on real estate consultant:

  • Location, Location… You may need help evaluating locations, properties and prices. Your needs will dictate where we look at homes.
  • Relocating? If you are, I’m a good listener and I know this area – a combination that will help me guide you to the right neighborhoods and areas.
  • A team of experts. With me, you’ll have access to a network of top notch lenders, real estate attorneys, inspectors, repair people and contractors that I know and trust.
  • Mortgage, construction loan or home equity line? I can refer you to the right one (and the best!) for your situation.
  • Home Inspections. During your due diligence period, you may need several kinds of inspections: home, structural, pest, HVAC, well, and septic. I know who to call.
  • Negotiation. You need a strong agent to represent you as you negotiate price, repairs, and updates.
